This place hands down one of the best in the central Texas area!!!! First time I went I got me a New York strip, and some sausages for later. They had some stuff already ready to grab and go so I got me some ribs and they were so kind to give me this fried chimichanga! Everything I got was well priced too. I went home and gave it a try with me and my Dad, and let me tell you……. It was so good I went right back to get more ribs on the same day!! It was so good I came back the next day to try some more new things! Give this place a try absolutely amazing people and amazing food which is a hard combo to find nowadays!!!!

5 stars for Cosper's Country Meat Market in Killeen! If you're hungry, this place is your spot. Ribeyes? Juicy, marbled, grill-ready perfection. Sausages switch up—jalapeño cheese, apple, whatever—and they all land. That spicy 🔥 rubbed turkey? Smoky, moist, unreal. Basic seasoning makes beef taste next-level. Food truck's got brisket plates, burgers, sides... hits different. Chimichangas while you wait? Bonus. Families come here 'cause they want real, quality meat—no shortcuts, no junk. John and the crew make you feel like you're family. Meat lover's heaven—go get yours. Trust the Wolfman—he'll tell you like it is. Angel the Wolfman 🐺
